the screenpack only is for M.U.G.E.N 1.0+  :)

I'm afraid the screen victory is absent because the screenpack is just work in progress yet.

Zetsubou,need have a decent pc to run HD resolution in mugen, at a speed to play well  ;)
so that a smaller resolution, it can play decent and have more speed :D
but I'm not 100% sure to work for that screenpack

You'll definitely need a stronger PC for HD.
- I currently run RCx at 1920x1080.

It's fine to run at 640x480 but the SP has to be 1280x720.
- I can't stress enough that changing the resolution doesn't help..

I have try'd the screenpack myself and the victory screen is not working well.
So the best thing is go to system.def motif and change it.

[Victory Screen]
enabled = 1


to

[Victory Screen]
enabled = 0

In other words shut down the victory screen.
