Injustice and P4A Grand Finals were the terrible parts in EVO IMO, Injustice moreso, and P4A overall felt boring to me except for the hype Teddie mirror and it ends with a GF curbstomp, boo.I hope Chrono Phantasma gets released around Feb-Mar '14 for it to be on EVO as Persona's replacement.
I liked Injustice when Chris G was playing, otherwise meh. P4A and KOF13 were the lowlights to me, both were miserable.
KOF had a pretty hype last few matches particularly with Reynald. GF was amazing. Probably the 2nd most hype IMO. Marvel killed everything though, I came off such a high after that SF was almost boring except for the Gen and Hakan matches.
I missed the UMvC 3 finals, but from the sounds of it, the house must of been brought down.In my mind though, the KoF Grand Finals was the biggest hype. Reynald was down 0-2 to Woo and Reynald just straight up steamrolled him after that. I thought that my computer screen was going to explode after he took the final match in the reset.
Street Fighter was actually fucking amazing if you were there, Marvel was good too. KOF wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as last year.I missed Persona since I went back to my hotel room because I was passing out due lack of sleep.Oh the Skullgirls finals were surprisingly good too.

There are a few mitigating circumstances there. Xbox One looming over the whole thing, it was getting in the way of Marvel, the demo build is to be frank at least two characters shy of giving a decent impression of the game... There's a lot more going against it than just looking crap.
