Fighter Factory problems...

I've been trying to make my first character for some time now.  I have been using Fighter Factory throughout the whole thing.

But whenever I try to load my character, it doesn't load.  It always says:  "Error finding: Chars/Player/Player.def"  But the def seems fine.  I tried rewriting the def myself but that still doesn't work.

Could Fighter Factory be faulty?  Or should I start over again and study the basics more and try constructing KFM from the included tutorials?
