how do i fix the char portrait its all black in my char select screen its this pic

thanks for your help i know you have to change the colors but im not sure how to do it im using fighter factory     thanks for your help and time

check the pallete settings of that image, it usually does not share his colores with the rest of the sff and may be wrong, must be a 8 bit pcx, or use chardostowin though I hardly recomend this one may fuckup the sff and you have to recompile it all
