Help please.

Guys would like some help on a Lucia Morgan MvC2 conversion from NinjaBR.
I followed in the footsteps of VARIOUS tutorials. I was able to put two launchers (stand and crounch), super jump, stand chain MvC and air chain MvC, hyper BG (MvC2 but no effects) and hyper portrait. But still some basics don't fit the chain combo crounch !? Or when I reverse the sequence of punch kicks combo ?! I don't care much, I'm new to the codes and I think it's a pretty easy thing, but amateurism blinds me ...
Please, I really need a light at the end of the tunnel. I know all the big beasts are focused on their personal and personal projects ... But it's a huge step for me.
