Help ripping sounds

What's up guys! It's been a while since I last posted here, but for some reason, I've really been in the mood  to come back and code something again lately!

Surprisingly I still remember a lot of things, but I could use your help with one thing: can anyone point me to a good resource on how to rip/extract sounds (more specifically from PS2, Naomi and Neo-Geo games)?
