I WANT TO CHANGE HITSOUND FOR MY PLAYER, I TRIED TO CHANGE PLAYSND AND HITSOUND IN HITDEF BUT ITS NOT WORKING. I WANT TO PUT HITSOUND LIKE INFINITE MUGEN CHARACTER HAS. ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO DO?

If it is a sound that the char already has, just change the sound number.
but if it doesn't have it, then you have to insert it. In FF you go to sounds and click "load a new wav"

@himanshu: Are you using Fighter Factory 3 to edit the character?
Go into the state you want to edit. Look for PlaySnd and see if any of those values are the hit sound you want to replace.
Some people who make mugen characters will have all of their hit sounds in StateDef -2.

Make sure your character has the sound in it's SND file like ryuhoshi490 said.

In the HitDef you should see something like
hitsound   = S1,5
Your numbers will probably be different. Search your SND file for the sound. Fighter Factory 3 can play the sound. Once you know the value, just change it in the hitdef. That should work.

If your SND file doesn't have the sound, but you know a character that does, Open that character and find that sound. FF3 can save the sound to your PC. Then go back to your character in FF3 and import that sound. Make sure when you add it, that the number you assign hasn't been used. Once it's saved you can change the hitdef to the new sound's value.
