How to convert characters to DOS version

[Reuben-Hmar]

I've been playing mugen on my phone and due to high system requirement by Exagear, I have to switch to DOSMugen but then I have trouble finding DOSMugen characters. So, if anyone could help me in converting characters of other mugen versions to DOSMugen, I would really appreciate it.
