I'm actually pleasantly surprised by how fun this character turned out to be. I remember seeing this about two years ago and wondering if this thing would ever be playable. Well he didn't upload it to his original freewebs site but it is up on Mugen Infantry:

Don't link to the thread, seriously. Create your own correctly. Let me do that for you:





Some notes:

- reworked some of his specials to function differently than the ones originally planned

- His samurai form can be reversed before the power bar depletes

- Though I managed to create his hit states for his samurai form, his normal hit sprites still appear whenever Huey gets into special states, so I still have to find a way around that

PS: Give Zinc a KO voice!  What, you couldn't bother to get the death voices from Megaman X4 along with all the other voices there?

Things as simple as F+x is an infinite in the corner ...
And what's the point of turning a samurai? For 3 powerbars, you have longer range but lose all your specials and supers, and even lose the F+x infinite. But at least you gain a F+y infinite to replace it.

Just read Cybaster's post and you'll see a matter.

Or do you really not care for the general quality of a character?  Want me to make a Naruto with choppy sprites and super moves that instantly kill and cover the screen with flash?  It'd be the best character ever.
