Increase move strength?

[Kratos_Aurion]

I found a Kratos from ToS awhile back, however, I was a little discouraged to find out that his Hi-Ougi, the Shining Bind, was as weak as it was. Could you tell me how I could increase the strength of that move in particular?

Go into his CNS find the hitdef for shining bind and increase the damage.
