Hi, i come this time with this beta releases, 3 chars from naruto for normal mugen.
Note: they haven't crouch attacks and have some get hit sprites missed (but have all the animations)

Hey dude, srry if i only tested minato, but its pretty cool!
Certainly the best minato i ever saw.
The sprites are really well done.Good job!
I only have one complain:The snd.
even his attacks dont do a sound.
Please fix that so him can be even better.

^ And here I come and say you're completely wrong (feedback of Minato only):

- Missing a lot of required sprites.

- The CLSN never stop moving in the standing animation. Wtf?

- The blue hitboxes are terrible in the majority of moves.

- The walking animation is terrible. The hitboxes are also terrible on them, making the character inmune to crouch attacks in some frames. Also, someone forgot to make the character to put some distance in the forward walk. This is what happens, it makes part of the character go through the opponent:

The same happens with the backwards walk, though he just disappears in the corner (you can still see his feet).

- Forward dash is a teleport, since no matter where I dash, I always appear behind the opponent. Backwards dash has no hitboxes at all in the entire dash.

- No blue hitboxes for the "z" normal attack.

- "B+z" is a projectile. Fortunately, no infinite, but damn, more recovery time between each projectile, please.

- A standing sprite for the crouch?

- I don't understand why it takes so much time to jump, when he's that fast.

- The "a" aerial attack makes him throw a projectile. If it doesn't hit the opponent, it will just stay on the ground forever, and it can still hurt you. And unfortunately, you can put as many as you want.

- The "D,B,a" special makes him untouchable to normal attacks. Makes no sense. Also, he flame should be counted as a full-screen. And I'm sure that's because of the resize.

- The "D,B,b" special makes him create a frog. God damn it, it's unblockable and if it hits you it explodes. Funny thing is that blue hitboxes are added so you can hit it, but if you do that it will explode too.

- The "D,B,c" super is terrible a full-screen, unblockable attack. That's enough to say it's terrible. Oh, let me add more.  He's only vulnerable to grabs while he prepares it. Fortunately, if you're really far away from him it does less damage, but if he traps you in the corner, it does quite a good amount. I'm sure that's another problem of the resize.

- All the "D,F,a/b/c" attacks makes him go behind you and attack instantly. All of them. Quite hard to react if the attacks come from behind you.

- All the Rasengan attacks are terrible and should be erased (command is "D,F,x/y/z"). The "x" version makes him appear behind you, the "y" version makes him appear in front of you (like teleport, not just moving). But god damn it, the attack drags you to one side of the screen to another until you reach the corner or it just disappears. While doing that, it does damage, and a lot. And he can also move while you're dragged by that damn ball. And blocking is worthless because chip damage is huge. "z" version is unblockable, and it drags you, but it isn't as terrible as the previous ones. Btw, "y" version makes the opponent float a little on the air, and "x" version makes the opponent stand a little lower to where the floor is.

Seriously, this is terrible. I just can't enjoy this. Even the animations feel wrong. Btw, did you do the character or did you only do the resize? If it's the second, this should go to Edits (but really, the character isn't worth downloading).

I HATE useless thank yous from people who just thank to thank no matter how bad something really is.
Nanashi, your kinda feedback should always be appreciated. I'm not gonna bother to download the characters though, be I thought you meant normal as in not small sprites, not as in resized.

lets be realistic here ......... :-\

the portrait has a hole in his neck due to bad spriting.
the walking sprite is completely missaligned.
animations are jumpy and timing is completely wrong especially his jump
DF+F,Y is a  106 hit combo LOLOL.
-playablility is a shamble and comedy of errors.

nanashi said the rest.
and i will agree this character is diabolical.

And? You play with the clsn in the screen?
No, but is that supposed to be normal? If it is, then I apologize.

Use nohitby for the dash, don't just remove them. But about the forward dash, it's a cheap way to escape any corner. You should just make it a normal dash.

he can't throw another "kunai" when one is in the air, how much time you need? is a normal attack
Yeah, but more recovery time between each other would be appreciated. You can spam this attack way too easily.

Now he truly spends more time than normal just before jumping. Just try another character other than yours, you'll see it.

That's true, the projectile should disappear in some time, I forgot change it, Did it in Iruka but not in Minato Sorry
Don't forget to put a limit to the amount you can place. 2 or 3 should be enough. If you place another one, the oldest one should disappear.

Just for 3 Ticks, when prepares the Katon. The flame is big because the sprite is big.
Wow, what I wrote makes no sense --; Anyway, reduce the size of the flame, don't make it a full-screen. Also, make him hittable so you can punish him if he uses that attack close to you.

It's a explode frog!!! if touch you explode, if you touch it explodes. Did you got it? See you Naruto Ever?
Nope. But it would be cool if you could disable the frog by hitting it. Anyways, it wasn't really a huge problem, EXCEPT for the unblockable thing. Remove it, please.

That attack should be an Hyper. Yes, is unblockable, and had a nothitby. Cause more damage if you are close because is a "Blast wave", the wave expands. Check the animation. it's not related with the resize.
Terrible logic to use for an hyper. That the attack is strong doesn't mean you have to add so much things on it. I'm completely against making this full-screen attack unblockable, it's not fair. Making him unhittable, maybe.

Next time I'll put a big sign telling you about when the char will attack you. Some like I'll attack you, ready?? ok..
I meant, how about you add one that makes him move in front of the character, or above?

About the Rasengan move. I was complaining more about the "x/y" versions. First, do you realise that, while it drags you, you can't do anything, but your character can still move? Which means while the opponent is getting dragged by the attack, I just simply need to run after him and start hitting him for more damage. Even if you block it, you are still dragged, and the opponent just needs to break your guard for more damage, which is easy since your blockstunned all the time. Second, for God's sake, stop abusing teleports, specially behind the opponent. You can't dodge something that appears in front of you, no matter where you are. Just make him run towards the opponent. Three, this attack does massive damage if the opponent is not near the corner. I said massive damage, since that attacks are SPECIALS!!!!!! And you are able to do 300 or more damage with an attack that spends 0 power, and that should only be possible with a super!! For God's sake, did you forget that?

Seriously, this is terrible. I just can't enjoy this.
Sorry. But is just your opinion.
With several number of things that I mention that makes your character be terrible. Yeah, it's just my opinion...

And don't just quote everything like you did. It's a huge mess to answer that.

      Hey, does anyone know where I can find that Akira Yuki char for mugen? The one that Kazuya kicks off the screen in his stage intro, it has a picture of him getting ready to fight here under Iruka's pic... Does anyone who where I can find this char for download? Is he available? Is he private?
