Key configuration help!

I am not even sure if this is possible, but can you program it to where one button is the A+B+C combination, like in MVC2 and CVSNK2?

So Sad....  I am trying to think of a way to bind my actual keyboard in windows to make it work, or use my G keys on my Logitech G15 keyboard.
