I could have sworn this guy was released before, is this an update? I always wondered was he sprited from scratch too, that is a beautiful stage as well.

Hi guys, I don't remember releasing him, but then again i worked on him more than a decade ago. In any case sorry for any disinformation. As for the source, he came from Princess Crown, specifically from this:
