I know Ive seen them somewhere...Im not sure who the authors are but if someone could send them to me....or point me in the right direction so I could find them myself it would greatly appreciated

There's Naruto characters a la KOF, all of them made by Mr.S (one of Mugenchina guys). But same like his KOF striker chars, all of them got the gameplay of a milkbox, so I don't recommend you download or ask for them...But if you still want them... ask for Guardian Angel or someone else if they have it, good luck
