Making Character's

I know you people may get this all the time.... BUT IM F*IN SICK OF JUST PLAYING MUGEN!

I want to actually KNOW how to create something for it... (Kinda feel like giving something back from the FULL Year I have been enjoying This engine.)

I really want to learn how to make characters.... Not stages, not screenpacks. Just characters.

If someone could tell me where I can get a GOOD tutorial, or a youtube video thats pretty decent. Could you please PM or Post it here?
I need to know what I need (software wise) and What sites/pages are good for Reference. (Good as in Easy)

PS- I would also Like to know how to MAKE AI for characters. If someone knows a place I could learn how to do that at that would be awsome!

th easy way is to read the docs that should be included in your mugen distro, to get an overall view of what needs to be done, then start creating bit by bit.
