Map not loading

So i downloaded this stage. https://files.fm/u/vufxfwru I uncommented some lines myself to reduce loading times(does that work?)
and it does load sometimes but most of the time it gives the error reading Stage.def and i don't know how to fix it.
If anyone can help without accusing me of being stupid that would be great.Reply only if it has something to do with the problem.Thanks.

Uncommenting lines actually do the opposite, it will load more stuff.

When you try to load the stage without modifying it, does it load?
What is in the error message? (post a screenshot or re-write what it says)

error reading Stages/CosmicCollisionHD.def

It does not load when in randomselect but loads when selected manually.
