1.Get the Character Links I Give You
2.There is a character part in the Mugen that I gave[Folder = chars]
3.After Downloading All Characters
4.Throw Into Chars Folder[Chars0,Chars1,1.1,1.2,Chars,2,Chars3,]
5.and then open the game and enjoy
NOTE:
Open the Packages I Provide and Throw them into the Chars Section
