I have A TON of ideas for this character. All i need is someone who codes and many supporters or helpers for this project. I am currently working on Cid from FF4 the after years which should be done within a week. I hope I have people to help me.P.S. I DO sprite..but, for this char in particular, i'd like to have someone sprite. if not, i will do the spriting.
You can't use the requests section to requests characters be made for you, sorry.However if you're willing to sprite you may be able to find someone who will code it for you.
whoops! sorry! As I said, i got a ton of ideas and would be willing to sprite if i have a coder. also, if people think this is a good idea. i been DYING to make mugen chars for a couple years now
