I have a new charecter his name is mega broly.
His sprites are bmps files though.
I got them off a sprite sheet.

Okay, so you grabbed in 3 seconds a apritesheet on the net, and you want somebody to spend hours coding it for you ?

Or do you just need help in the creation process ? In this case, the recurrent advice is : read the docs, take KFM as a basis to make the character, understand how things work and start coding. When you have problems, ask questions in the help/development section.
