Mugen conversion

How can I convert a char made for Mugen 1.0 to make it work for WinMugen?

trial and error.
you may not be able to do it at all.
But you'll have to save the sff as Mugen Beta.
Then change the versiondate and mugenversion to something like

versiondate = 7,4,2005    ;Version date of character
mugenversion =04,14,2001   ;Version of M.U.G.E.N character works on

You'll have to remake the act files.
