Need Help importing code.

I imported Koopakoot's Nightmare Geese's Max Raging Storm to Ikaruga's KOF 98 Geese, but I can't make it work.

Help me out here.

Hello kayguild2001.

In these days I´m doing something similar, you have to import 3 things: The code in the CNS, the animation, and the data of the CMD.

If you wanted to know the exact attack or tecnique use Ctrl+D in training, make the attack and in the inferior part you´ll see which state is the one that you need.

Probably there are more things to do, but I hope this help you.

You also have to check the Varsets used in code your copying. Check if they are Varsets used in State -2 and State-3 sometimes extra code is there that is needed for the move to work. Check for helpers also used in the special move and copy the helper states into your character.
