I usually don't comment on characters much, I'm more of a stage guy 8)But, this character looks sick. One the most interesting "chibi" characters I've seen. Looks like you put some effort into this one. With Ultra's Kingdom Hearts project, Vectors' Naruto characters and the various other One Piece Char released, this makes me want to make a screenpack specifically for small characters.Cool release, homie

- Small portrait is the wrong size.- Big portrait is misaligned.- If you perform C in the air and grab the opponent, the hit animation will make it look like he's standing in the air, which looks bad IMO.- Multiple Fleur has damn unbalanced priority with the hitboxes.- Twister Fleur can be connected several times in the corner. Intended ?- Slalow Vine has a very long startup time IMO. Makes it less useful to evade attacks.
