Hello everyone.

in this case I bring a new NPC-Boss char: Oars, the Special Zombie.

everyone knows what epic battle that turned the Muguiwaras against this demon resurrected by Geeko Moria. This is a char that is implemented in mugen like any other, but it only works properly in their respective stage: Thriller Bark Bridge. If used on another stage, the base of the bridge appear equal and mobility will be limited oz as if he were in the stage where it belongs. You will know it wherever suits them best;).

The sprites are based on the online game "Anime Pirates". To see the base here are the video.

you will notice that this game alone has the stand and a fist, while our Oars has more.

Acknowledgements: Mikel and Ray who helped me in clearing both the stage sprites as the char. And also I want to make a mention of the old char Geeko Revolver Moria where a sprite Oars I decided to use.

Nice start!  :)

Some feedback...

 - why no readme?
 - no normal small & big portrait (and no alternate versions in the sff)
 - no sounds on the intro
 - no sound on dash
 - Oars Ball has no sound too
 - sprites aren´t cleaned that well, you can see it on the edges...

 - black edging on the head looks very different in his "facing the screen" animations/sprites
 - fx on the stomp is misaligned

 - almost no blue hit boxes on all attacks, makes Oars very cheap. He can constantly attack without hesitation.
 - blue hitboxes on the arm could be better & bigger

 - has no turn animation, will not turn when enemy is on the other side

Let Oars dive down when the opponent is switching side and let him up on the other far side, facing the enemy. This way you don´t need a whole turn animation while Oars is up...

Like I said, nice start. Would love to see an update. Keep it up!
