please excuse me im a beginner just asking for help. aka newbeee

okay i know how to upload regular chars on to Fighter Factory but when i upload my own pcx file it gives me this warning

(this image can be visualized incorrectly, because does not exist none palette applied to the SFF. To correct adjust the group, palette of the image or open one act palette in the panel of palettes)

how do u make a palettes file for ur own mugen chars aka sff file?

thanks Akeme

Your images should be 256 colors and should have a palette that applies to how their sprites look. And they MUST BE in pcx. image file format, and when you add the sprite into your sff make sure you click on shared palette first. Well it works for me. Hope the same goes for you. ;)
Check out my palettes guys! Click below in my sig if desired!

You have to make a pallete in Psp (or Ps).
That makes Color index 0 is the Bg color (and then it becomes transparent in Mugen).
My shitty mugen stuff:

( ゚ o゚) It's Urza!

Ecchi, it calls to me...
