NOTES: This Pinkie Pie is still very much unfinished and may or may not be finished...im not sure really. Im aware she has some bugs in her...
= 5 button character
- some animations are missing sprites...i'd list them...but that'll be for later if needed.
- Her balloons are spammable and may even bind to pinkie if cancelled too quickly...however they will disappear shortly.
- Her EXmode at the use of 1 powerbar will continue draining her powerbars after exmode turns off.

Everyone is free to give feedback on the character and i will inform the authors however if they choose not to work on it anymore, I'll let you all know.
