You're playing a Low-Res stage on High-Res mugen. So...play Hi-Res stages on Hi-Res MUGEN

can somebody also tell me why all others have good graphics mugen while mine is bad

mugen.cfg, doubleres is 4. But maybe because the videos are recorded at 640 by 480, they'll look good when they're compressed onto YouTube or Veoh
