Tested in Winmugen, Mugen+, 1.0 and 1.1Had an issue trying to tile the parallax floor on 1.1 so I did it manually. I'll probably update this in the future with more trees for the background (To cover up the nasty-looking wall), layer 1 flowers scattered around, and occasional rain. If at all possible, I think it would be better if the characters were on the dirt path. I don't know if it's possible for you to do it though.
I was considering putting the painter animated inside, but I kinda' thought it might clash with the anatomy of the fighters being used?I might play with the saturation and turn it down too, the source I used had high saturation compared to the screenshot underneath.I think I'll make an alternate version with the people in the path. (For those who'd like)
You should fix the delta of the trees, they arent right if you look at them closelyand the dirt isnt on screen, tested it on 1.1btw you can only tile the parallax for infinity in 1.1, stuff like tile = 2,0 or more wouldnt work

Also, don't use spaces in stage .def files; it screws things up when assigning said stage to a character in Arcade mode.
