Portrait Help

Hey guys,i need help in something.Im wanting to create a lifebar portrait for this lifebar called Versus series inspired lifebar,but it doesn't share the palette in game,i think its a palette issue or something so i loaded the char's color table to the portrait and its all messed up.Any help please ?
