press start screen

[AlabastaPirate]

how i make a press enter to start or press any button to start screen or etc in mugen 1.1

That can only be possible by doing a "Press any button" sprite to the logo/start screen' SFF. For three moment that's the only way to do it.

I hope this can solve your question.

There are two files that can do that:

logo.storyboard = logo.def
intro.storyboard = intro.def

which means you're going to insert the "press any button" sprites in a new sff, not in system.sff.
