Problem with Batch apply pallette ?

I want apply palette  of my edit to original image
but after apply (use Fighter factory)
Result(look like cvs)

I want Original and my edit is same  after apply palette
What method to do it?

Your new pallete involves way more colours than the old pallete.

How does FF know you no longer wish the hair to be shared with the boots?

Your new pallete has to match the old one in entries if you wish the sprites to change colour. If you need MORE colours for each image. You have to edit manually. There is no other way.
