problem with the command.cmd

I wanted to edit the cmd-file of Jmorphman's Kim but it somehow didn't work. I tried to change the command for his Hienzan from $D, $U, a/b/c to F, D, DF, a/b/c but it somehow only works with $D,$U. any help would be appreciated

Do you check if the new command would interfere with any other moves due to the similarity?

nope, doesnt interfere with any other command, just checked it.
here's how I have it:
[Command]
name = "Hienzan"
command = ~F, D, DF, a
time = 16
[Command]
name = "Hienzan"
command = F, D, DF, ~a
time = 16

btw, doesn't work on my second computer either..

It can potentially interfere with commands like
"a" or
"D,$F,a".

It's pretty easy, though, turn on debug, try the move, and whichever other move comes out instead, is the problem.
