Problem with Installing Character

Hi, all.

So, I'm making a my own character, and I decide to test him in my M.U.G.E.N outside of Fighter Factory. I put him in and install him as normal, but when I try to use him, his designated slot is empty and I cannot highlight it. Can anyone help me with this?

I am using regular Winmugen, and have Shinnox's MK9 screenpack, btw. I know how to use it, because all the other characters that I have work just fine.

If your char def file had the same name of char folder for example

Magaki\Magaki.def

you can put just "Magaki" and mugen can read him.

if had different name you must put the full path

Magaki\Magaki_Omega.def

____

other trouble could be the character name or path had spaces... for example

Magaki Omega\Maga Ki.def

fix that with an underscore

Magaki_Omega\Maga_Ki.def

if that can't fix your problem try check if your character its in the correct assigned cell.

I've tried it, and it works just fine now. Thanks! 

I think it might have been because the name for the .def file was different from the folder name. I'll try to remember that in future.
