Problem with steetfighter 3 strike version

Hey guys. How you doin'. Well i'm new here(totally) so plz bear with cause i don't know much. I'm playin' this sf 3d strike version on mugen but it seems that after a couple of battles it just closes on its own(does that every single time Hugo appears-hate that guy). Can someone help? Do i need a new Pc (mine's OLD 1998win), maybe a new mugen or game version?

Whoa. Um, probably because
1. It's a molebox and just a huge space-taking EXE file
2. Winmugen on a DOS computer is a no-no (I think '98 is DOS)
3. It's a beta and all bugs aren't worked out yet
