Problem with VSelect

I'm working on a screenpack and its coming off ok, but when I use it in VSelect, it does this.

What do I need to fix in the system.def?

I  think you're lucky that VSelect even worked with such a complex-looking screenpack. I really like the software but it seems to arbitrarily not open with certain chars and screenpacks without any displayed message about the reason for that.
