How I can do a character which can't move and attack? For example the bonus games like seem in SF2 (excluding the barrel ones)? Also, how I can code a character which become a punching bag after being beaten in the last round? I believe it's something like the dizzy characters from Mortal Kombat.

Perhaps you should only give him commands such as walk and jump and nothing more.

Considering many doesn't can move at all, then even these commands listed would be omitted. A imobile character which could be used as a sort of bonus stage or sort.

value = 0

That'll stop him being able to do anything but stand there and get hit (or thrown)

The MK stuff is a workaround. You lock them at 1 health and none of your attacks can kill any more. Learn how fatalities work then alter it.
