1.Can you make smooth sprites from pixelated ones? What program should i use?

2.How can you scale up a character?

3.What means loop time, and whats the purpose in mugen?I read the doc but I din't figure out much. Why you need this when you start coding the animations?

Cyanide

Are you talking about loopstart?

Thats for when you have an animation with a couple of start up frames that doesn't have a defined ending, like a charge. You'd use loopstart and the sequence of frames after that would play through and come back to the loopstart then play through again. Effective for an open ended state where exiting is controlled by keypress.

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

Ok.thanks for your answer

How about my first 2 to questions.I find on the net Tetsuo from Gekido advance (Gameboy advance). The guy who made him said that after riping the sprites he scaled him up a little bit because on gameboy was a little bit smaler. After that,to look nice,he smooth the scaled up frames. I want to find a topic or something to see how it's done. And what program should i use?Photoshop?

Cyanide

Scaling up, any paint program. Smoothing them out, any paint program with an easy to use pencil/paint tool MSpaint would work fine. You would need some artistic ability though.
