Introduce yourself to the class, say that you don't have any questions for them in the cafeteria, play offensively when she challenges you to Risk, tell her to leave you out of the fight between her and Lilly, and then downplay your meds instead of kicking her out of your room. Also don't push yourself when you run with Emi.

IIRC that's everything you need to do to get her route, but if I forgot anything, just go with something that favors Misha and Shizune in Chapter 1.

After that, you can just go on cruise control for the rest of the route, and you only have one choice to make that determines whether you get the good or bad ending
