The real fault should be on men's side. We grow up idolizing the female body, and the lesser of us stick with it to hyper-sexual lengths. Most male fantasies always have a proportioned woman (or 10), proportioned to their tastes, on the side. Thinking about even one of those ladies' interests would be considered "unnecessary work" for a man/boy who wants to just get it off.
And it won't matter that much, how women dress and all;
because give a dude enough time, and he'll whack to burqas and hijabs.
Articles meant to conceal a woman's appearance so as to not arouse a man.

Well, yeah, you are right about the female dress code holding weight at the end of the day. And a person's attire can give someone hints on their being.
Hints which, of course, aren't ground bases for thorough knowledge of said person.

I hate the fact that it is our reality, though I woudl change the word apropiate for "target"., it's like dressing in nice fashionable clothes, jewelry and expensive shoes, those make you more likely to get robbed and that sucks too.
