Really Weird Problem

[Magnum T.A.]

I haven't played mugen in a year and have reinstalled it etc etc.  But whenever i play arcade or any other scenario i get white writing first at the bottom and then as i progress further at the top, telling me about missing sprites and some other things about the characters. Now the characters work perfectly fine but the writing is really annoying. I'm sure theres a simple way of removing it but I'm not sure how, can anyone help?

any help is much appreciated.
