Kinda inspired from Segalow, in terms of being an "unusual edit".

I posted another MUGEN character. Oh well, another one down in the business. This is more of a themed character, seeing as how it's a Q edit that's... just not conventional.

Let’s assume we have Mr. Ansatsuken’s Q. Then, we take that Q, a living glitch, a thin man, and a paper bag, and throw them all inside a tower (be sure to add water). This is what you’d get: M, a Q-MissingNo-something hybrid that could make you act like you won’t get command grabbed (yes, that was a SMUG reference). Other than that, M seems to have adapted Magic Geese’s fireball throw.

Besides, sitting down for 50 years on the same chair doesn’t hinder you from moving in lightspeed... right?

...right.
