Does someone still have them? Is the file from mediafire only the .rar with the gif's sprite?

I'm bumping this old thread but, does anybody actually know the tricks or techniques that were used behind making this CvS HR Rock? If there is a way we can duplicate the effects in a batch through photoshop to receive the same treatments for the other characters, I would totally do it.

How did the person create these HR sprites? What photoshop filters were used?
