Is there any particular reason why you newcomers love EVE so much? I assume that it is because when someone first gets into Mugen they are so excited by the concept of downloading any character and stage that they forget to have any type of balance whatsoever.

Cause EVE holds a lot of characters and looks pretty good so it attracts a lot of people.

And of course it's popular with the RARE CHARS crowd due to the character capacity.

bcause the name is sexy, imagine you fill up EVE the first chick on earth with loads of chars, isn't that fulfilling idea?

I've always hated EVE.

EVE is not bad. One thing you will have for sure is enough slots to put all your character. But because of that, people normally puts there any character they see. That's why it's really popular to use for people that just collects MUGEN chars.

Of course, there are other better screenpacks that offer more than EVE. Besides, I don't need that many slots, my roster is little but fair to use. That's why I'm not really attracted to this screenpack. That, and this screenpack is not compatible for 640x480.

I must say that even though there are few screenpacks for MUGEN 1.0 only, some of them are really good.

Well actually beterhans, author of Chun-Li JJ, another popular POTS styled Chunner, edited POTS Gouki, making him more like a normal Gouki.

AKA no double zankuu hadouken.
Although I haven't actually tried him out extensively.

I'm edit PotS's Shin Akuma/Gouki become normal Akuma too but I never release it because some hyper move is same with Shin Akuma.. I think other Akuma who made by another person is better..

yep I know, but i find Rin and Bat's odd, one of his win pose, the one when he fold his arm and say something, his mouth keep opening which I find it odd, other than that, he is solid
