I came back to Legacy recently and my roster is still a clusterfuck lmao I started making ports for the Ex characters got Cracker Jack done and am working on Hokuto also did ports for Sanji, Oni and KFM still need to fill the Marvel row tho lol

Legacy can run in 640x480 with no issues, Ive tried it. Despite how it looks Legacy is not a demanding SP.

I updated my post, see how my stuff looks down to the left, most of the chars that is, thats the basic idea. For an SP like yours maybe you can mirror them 1 side looking to the right one to the left, and the ports are easy to make, mess around with it.

You know, I may actually try this screenpack, as it has an intersting and original atmosphere, and just has a reasonable number of slots more than my current one;
