No, not really. Rouga's a 3-button character, so unless you edited another three basics and totally changed the way he played, it's not feasible. I was considering it at one point, but Rouga's sprites are ugly.

Why does he have the hi-res tag? BBB sprites are not hi-res.

True, not hi-res. I see the issue with a 3-button character as well. quite cvs-ish sprites though, and his fight fx are very similar to guilty gear!

nah, the sparks are low-res as well. The only hi-res things in BBB are the lifebars, some of the projectiles (ie: Ren Idagawa's throwable objects), and anything not related to the fights themselves (ie: Menus, vs. screens)
