Hello everybody
I now bring my newest works, Ryu and Cyclops in a style that I named K_Style, in addition to an exclusive stage, the Black Bird Take off, developed by AVPBoy.

K_Style is still the consecrated MVC style of this franchise and that is mine favorite, but with some particularities that make the gameplay more fun, such as EX attacks and the distribution of buttons, used in the latest styles, such as MVCI.

I intend to bring more characters from both franchises and new stages, but there are no plans for a fullgame yet.

Nice job Kenshiro! Really like this new Cyclops version playability. I could tell his gameplay will be smooth. And will probably be my main one. Like what you did to Ryu too. Ever since I switched to Ikemen GO. Some of your characters I have put in my roster cause they are quality edits.

These guys are really good and very well made. Very fun to play as and against as well. There's barely any bugs and the mechanics are great as well. 

There are a few minor things that I did come across. 
Notably:
1.  All the beam specials/hypers for cyclops & ryu has their attack distance exceed their guard distance so when vs the AI, they can't guard against it outside of the guard range which is about 1/2 screen or more away.

2. 99% of AI's can't guard against Cyclops Mega Optic Blast (st:3000). Period.  It's so OP against AI as it's essentially an unblockable full screen move.

3. Ryu's Ex Hadoken & Shinku Hadoken  goes through projectiles with the Proj Sctrl and does not trade hits. Doesn't happen with normal Hadoken.   This is true for cyclops beams as well.

4. Hadoken/Ex Hadoken does not add to combo count if helper is destroyed before other hit connects. So a hadoken link such as:
Hadoken --> Ex Hadoken --> Delayed Shinku Hadoken (full 20-hit), only registers as 20 Hits when it is a true 24 hit combo.

5. Parry has movetype = A.  Not sure if this was a design choice but you can't bait the AI with this move as they will constantly go into guard state when it's performed. It also  forces a human player to guard if they're holding back and in range, which I think shouldn't happen.

6. No reason to user Ryu's Shinku Tatsumaki over Shinku Hadoken as it's much more restricted, only does same damage on raw hit BUT scales way too much (compared to Shinku Hadoken) in combos.

Lastly, this is more of a visual thing and only affects mugen versions.  Both characters has their mugenversion = 1.0, so I thought some PalFX/Expods were either out of place or missing until played them in 1.1 and realised they they are actually 'optimised for mugen 1.1' and not 1.0.

Overall, I like your style. It's very well thought out and shows in your characters.
