this is not New at all, this project was started on 2009 for the Winmugen plus at first then they moved to the Mugen 1.0 by a group of French guys, but they never took the time to finish it. and so the project hang on the balances. if I recall they were trying to make money out of this but failed to do so as well. is sad to see a great masterpieces end the way they did. I use to follow there website and their work at one point but they just give up.  I see someone is continue with their work now.
