Sakura has been updated as of 10/April/2023.https://crepa.neocities.org/mugen/charsFirst post also edited with the new download link.Perhaps the biggest change is the addition of 1.0 sff and RemapPal, allowing her to change palettes when transforming.Since I added this, I went crazy and made intros against my Akuma (which by the way is also updated, so you don't need to patch him). If you're using an edited version, you'll need to manually patch it.Configuring palettes has also changed, but is explained in the ReadMe. It's not hard, just read carefully!Also, only Sakura (both modes) can now transform mid fight, Normal Sakura only and Dark Sakura only can not transform by default. You can still change it by editing the respective .st file in "States" folder.I also tweaked and fixed many things. Not sure if DauntlessMonk7 already addressed these, but I found two errors on Sakura and a general one on her and everyone else:-After the special intro with your Akuma depending on her mode, the palette for the projectiles are the opposite colors (Normal uses red and Dark uses blue).-When performing any air special when jumping over the opponent, the commands are reversed (For example, Air Hadouken will be done with D, DB, B, p instead).I realized the latter applies to all of your characters. But for Akuma's Zanku Hadoken, he will fire it backwards where the opponent is instead of in front of him. I don't think this is intentional as the character shouldn't suddenly switch directions when performing an air special over the opponent. I noticed Sennou-Room's characters could do that and feels cheap.
Ah, the palette swap for the projectiles is a 1.0 thing. I didn't notice because I was testing on 1.1 and it doesn't happen there. Shouldn't be hard to fix, thanks for pointing it out.About the reverse commands, it is intentional, it's part of the Explodsive Buffering System: https://mugenguild.com/forum/msg.2366955HOWEVER, you're right, Akuma shouldn't change direction like this, will be fixed.
