Screen pack editing help

I'm editing a screen pack, the fonts are .sff files, after editing them, everything looks cluttered, is there a screen pack editor for MUGEN or something? Because I was doing it through fighter factory 3 and it's hard to tell if the graphics are going in the right positions...

FF3 is what I use. Your just have to get use to what it will look like in game when positioning the art.
