Screenpack stuff - Cells

Okay, so I'm trying to fix these god damn cells so they would align right on the select screen. I've tried a few things that I could think of but came to no resolution.

So anyways, here's a screenshot.

The size seems to be okay, so I guess it's the start parameter for the portraits which aren't right at all.
