has the sf3 style sheng long been released? if so can anyone tel me where i could get him or any information
I am sorry to say this but Sheng Long is a nonexistent character in the Street Fighter series, created by Electronic Gaming Monthly as an April Fool's gag, and is one of their most notable jokes. There IS a Sheng Long in mugen, but not SF3. The only one that is truly released is a SF2 one by Cipher44. The SF3 one is a WIP.Above poster is right, but it does not pertain to Sheng Long being an existing mugen character.
